Product Description

Walnut creamy tahini is produced by stone-grinding shelled Bulgarian walnuts into a smooth, rich butter. With an oil content of 55–65%, it is one of the highest-fat seed butters available, producing an exceptionally creamy texture and a deep, buttery walnut flavour that distinguishes it in premium retail and food service applications.

The product delivers a naturally balanced omega-3 (ALA) to omega-6 ratio of approximately 1:4, making it attractive for functional food labelling. It contains no additives or stabilisers. Like all natural nut butters, some oil separation may occur and can be stirred in before use.

Walnuts are sourced from Bulgarian growers in the Varna and Shumen regions. All batches are tested for FFA, peroxide value, aflatoxins, and moisture before release.
