Solvent-Free, Cold-Press Extraction

Unlike conventional soy or canola proteins that rely heavily on harsh chemical solvents like hexane to extract oil, our sunflower protein is exclusively mechanically defatted. We cold-press hulled sunflower kernels at high pressure to expel the oil fraction. The remaining press cake is expertly milled, sifted, and classified to concentrate the globulins and albumins, resulting in a perfectly clean, chemical-free protein powder with only 3–8% residual oil.

Amino Acid Profile & Vegan Blending

Sunflower protein is an exceptional alternative to soy or whey, appealing to the rapidly growing hypoallergenic and vegan markets.
