Pumpkin creamy tahini is stone-ground from hulled Bulgarian pumpkin seeds, producing a thick, rich butter with a characteristically deep green colour and a savoury, slightly roasted flavour. It is one of the most micronutrient-dense seed butters available, with particularly high natural zinc and tocopherol (vitamin E) content.
The product is used in functional food formulations, specialty spreads, confectionery fillings, and nutritional bars. It is a niche product valued for its colour, mineral content, and flavour complexity. No heat, additives, or solvents are used in production.
Our pumpkin seeds are sourced from Bulgarian growers and processed in our FSSC 22000-certified facility in Suvorovo, Varna region.
