Product Description
Coriander flour is produced by milling cleaned whole coriander seeds to a fine powder. Unlike spice-ground coriander, which is typically hammer-milled and retains all volatile aromatics for immediate use, our coriander flour is a more controlled product: milled to a consistent particle size, tested for moisture and purity, and packed to food-industry standards.
The flour retains the essential oil compounds of the seed, providing its characteristic warm, citrus-tinged aroma. It is used in spice blending, seasoning mixes, ready-meal formulations, bakery, and as a flavour carrier in meat processing.
As with all our seed-derived flours, the product is produced without solvent extraction. Residual oil (from the seed) is naturally present at 15–20%. Moisture is controlled to ensure stability during shipping and storage.
