Product Description
Agros-98 AD sources and processes whole coriander seeds (Coriandrum sativum) grown in the Varna and Dobrich regions of northeastern Bulgaria, where the continental climate and light soils produce seeds with high essential oil content and a balanced aromatic profile.
Our coriander is cleaned, calibrated, and graded to customer specification. The primary application is the spice trade — whole seeds for seasoning blends, pickling, and confectionery — but a significant proportion is used by essential oil distillers who require consistent oil yield and low foreign matter.
We supply both machine-cleaned and hand-sorted grades. Colour, size uniformity, and moisture are controlled per batch and supported by a full Certificate of Analysis.
